Our Services

We offer both dry removal and wet removal solutions.  Baking soda blasting is considered a one-pass solution in that it is not recycled.  While the noise level is high it will not erode metal surfaces and requires no rinsing.

Utilizing a  dry removal system, compressed air delivers the sodium bicarbonate from a nozzle. The soda impacts the surface and removes the contaminants from the surface. Any residue such as soot is then vacuumed away along with any baking soda dust.

Using the wet process the soda mixes with a stream of water at the nozzle dissipates the heat generated by the abrasive process which will reduces the amount of dust and with a hydraulic action the contaminant is removed.

The Mohs scale of hardness ranks sodium bicarbonate one of the softer materials to clean with give it the ability to work with delicate surfaces effectively. The nature of the soda crystal produces a unique cutting action with little effect on most substrates. Thick coatings can be removed from glass without any etching effect. Delicate substrates can be cleaned without damage.
